Rivers of Blood in Elden Ring is a Katana weapon that scales with Strength, Dexterity, and Arcane, matching well with our best Samurai class build. Whilst it’s capable of slashing and piercing damage, it also causes 30 blood loss build-up, an ability that causes enemies to bleed for a fixed period. At the end of the main storyline, this kind of damage also stacks, making it great against the final boss fight, the Elden Beast.

Location – Rivers of Blood Elden Ring
Players must have access to the late-game area of the Mountaintops of the Giants. Players should head south-east towards the Church of Repose to trigger an assault by Bloody Finger Okina, the owner and wielder of the Rivers of Blood in Elden Ring.
Okina is a challenging foe with the power to inflict devastating blood loss, but he has a weak spot just like every enemy in Elden Ring. Players should utilise close-combat dodging to go in for multiple attacks whilst Okina heals. Sticking to this tactic should help players make quick work of Okina.
Once Okina has been killed, players will receive the Okina Mask and the coveted Rivers of Blood Katana. Make sure to not sell this Katana, it will come in very handy towards the end of Elden Rings main quest.
