Tom Holland may be starring in three more Marvel Spider-Man movies, claims Sony Producer Amy Pascal. Amazing news!
Tom Holland who first appeared as Spider-Man in 2016’s Captain America: Civil War not only went on to star in the two following Avengers movies but he’s also had two Spider-Man movies of his own. Spider-Man: No Way Home will be the Hollywood star’s third friendly neighbourhood hero outing.
The release of No Way Home is just short of two weeks away and many fans have been left wondering if this would be Holland’s last movie as the Marvel favourite. Thankfully, however, that does not seem to be the case.
In an interview with Sony producer Amy Pascal, she spoke to Fandango (not the wrestler) about the future of the Spider-Man movie franchise as well as Mr Holland. Interestingly, Pascal revealed that after No Way Home, we might be getting a new Spider-Man trilogy starring Tom Holland. Happy days!
“We are getting ready to make the next Spider-Man”
“This is not the last movie that we are going to make with Marvel – [this is not] the last Spider-Man movie,” said Pascal. “We are getting ready to make the next Spider-Man movie with Tom Holland and Marvel. We’re thinking of this as three films, and now we’re going to go on to the next three. This is not the last of our MCU movies.”
If this ends up being true and we will be treated to three more Spider-Man movies starring Holland, that will surely please a lot of fans. Not to mention all the other Avenger-like movies that will also feature Spider-Man.
