Oceiros the consumed king, can be found in the garden below Lothric Castle, guarding a shrine. With Oceiros having empty eye sockets, we can assume he’s blind, although players shouldn’t take this as an easy fight.
Elden Ring FAQ: Every Guide You’ll Need
Oceiros is also characterised by his persistent descriptions of an invisible baby that he is actually holding during the first phase of the fight. Players can expect staff attacks for the first half of the battle, with him completely losing it while fighting on all fours for the remainder.

Players will need to do the following tasks in-game to summon Hawkwood:

Strategy
Players should try and stay underneath Oceiros with their shield up for the first half of this boss fight to avoid being hit altogether. If using this strategy, make sure to keep an eye out for when he stabs himself into the ground for an area of attack move.
During the second phase, aiming behind or under Oceiros is going to be the best close-combat strategy. This also stops him from doing a rush combo providing players are near his legs.
A big issue with this boss fight is camera angles and invisible walls. Try to stay centred in the arena whilst making sure to dodge aerial attacks, which should be an issue if players are locked on and heading towards the boss. Trying to push him to uneven terrain will knock his accuracy too, which should also be used to a player’s advantage.
For ranged attacks, make sure to take full advantage of using the roots found in the arena to trap Oceiros. The best way to do this is to run to them when he is charging, then run around to the other side of the roots and start hammering ranged attacks.
Make sure to keep an eye out for his ice attacks then can still land a hit regardless. Successfully pulling off this ranged strategy will also let players skip the second half of the boss fight for a quick win.
