The Last of Us 1.0.1.7 Hotfix – everything you need to know

The Last of Us Part 1 has received yet another hotfix for its PC port after a week of countless bugs. Here’s what we know about the latest patch.

April 4 saw the release of another hotfix for the PC port of The Last of Us Part 1. This one is the third hotfix since the game arrived on PC on March 28.

Latest hotfix

This hotfix aimed to address issues relating to Xbox controller input, graphic options and reported crashes. However, this hotfix did originally state it would fix “camera jitters” but Naughty Dog have said this fix will take a while longer.

This news also comes a day after Valve revealed that TLOU was unsupported on the Steam Deck. This is disappointing news for those who wanted to take the post-apocalyptic adventure on the go. However, you can still technically play it via Steam Deck but it is rumoured to be a bad experience.

“We previously aimed to have a fix for camera jitters related to mouse controls. However, to address unexpected issues this caused, we’ve pushed this fix toward a later patch,” Naughty Dog said via an announcement on Twitter.
