Is Star Wars Jedi Survivor releasing on PS4 and Xbox One? Last week the sequel to 2019’s Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order was revealed during the Star Wars Celebration.
Taking place five years after the events of Fallen Order, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor continues the story of Cal and BD-1’s fight against the Empire.
But as games are constantly shifting to the new generation of hardware, the question remains to be asked: is Star Wars Jedi: Survivor releasing on PS4 and Xbox One?

Following in the footsteps of Gotham Knights, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will not be coming to PS4 and Xbox One. Instead, it will be coming to PC, PS5 as well as Xbox Series X/S. This will likely be a common trend in the months to come.
“Cal Kestis Returns in New Trailer Revealed at Star Wars Celebration, Coming To PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC in 2023,” confirms the press release.
This will surely come as disappointing news to fans of the Jedi series, especially as Fallen Order performed so well on last-gen consoles. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order would also get a native new-gen release with all the enhanced bells and whistles.

“Accompanied by his trusty companion BD-1, Cal will meet and ally himself with an array of unique and interesting characters on his journey,” reads the synopsis. “Jedi: Survivor will expand on the series’ dynamic combat in new and innovative ways. In order to survive, Cal must learn new skills and grow his connection with the Force.”
