A Grafted Scion is somehow cute!

Here’s What Elden Ring Would Look Like On A Game Boy

Someone is remaking (or demaking) Elden Ring on the Nintendo Game Boy, and here’s what it would look like.

Elden Ring FAQ: Every Guide You’ll Need

As reported by VG247, the Elden Ring demake for the retro handheld is being created by Shintendo. Honestly, this demake is on a cuteness level par with this isometric RPG transformation of FromSoftware’s latest hit.

This Elden Ring demake is being developed to run on real hardware and it’s being created using GB Studio 3.0 software. At this time, the demake is in its early stages of development. So far, it features the opening moment of the main game when the player first encounters a Grafted Scion.

In terms of gameplay, there is also some level of exploration and combat, as well as the ability to roll. Does this mean that we’ll have plenty of pots and furniture to vandalise? I’m hoping we’ll also get to hear an epic 8-bit recreation of Elden Ring’s soundtrack.

Shintendo hopes to recreate Limgrave

According to the description of its first teaser trailer, Shintendo is unsure how much of the demake will be developed. That being said, Shintendo hopes to have at least finished creating Limgrave by the end of May.

Furthermore, a recent post on Shintendo’s Twitter account reveals that the first Tree Senital of Limgrave has been created. So it’s clear that amazing progress is being made.

If you want to keep updated with the development of the Elden Ring Game Boy demake, Shintendo suggests giving their Twitch channel a follow. What are your thoughts on the Elden Ring demake? Let us know on Twitter.
