LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, High on Life, Metal Hellsinger and more are coming to Xbox Game Pass this month.
December 2022 is one of the year’s best months for Xbox Game Pass. To be fair, Xbox Game Pass gets a lot of great months. However, thanks to LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, this month perhaps stands out more than most.
LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is a surprise Xbox Game Pass inclusion
What makes this month so special, is that LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga was only released in April 2022. Sure, it’s not the first big game or even the biggest to arrive on Microsoft’s streaming service, but it’s been a popular enough release to be a surprise inclusion.
Of course, we don’t know how long LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga will remain on Xbox Game Pass. It could be a month or even a few months. Either way, it’s a game we highly recommend at GameByte.
We reviewed Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga
In our review of LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, we said it’s: “the best LEGO game I’ve played in years. It rightly innovates far beyond the standardised formula that this series has built over the years with some fresh ideas.
“With such strong source material, however, there are so many sequences that feel hung out to dry. Star Wars fans will find it to be a little undercooked as an adaptation.“
Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga isn’t the only game coming to Xbox Game Pass
Obviously, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga isn’t the only game coming to Xbox Game Pass in December 2022. Another notable inclusion is Hot Wheels: Unleashed – Game of the Year Edition.
Hot Wheels: Unleashed was included in PS Plus for October 2022. However, the PS Plus version was the standard edition and not the Game of the Year Edition with all the added DLC.
