According to a Pokemon fan, it seems that Pokemon Legends: Arceus might not actually be an open-world game.
To be fair, Nintendo has never explicitly said that the upcoming Pokemon game is open-world. However, many have assumed that the game will be open-world judging by its various gameplay trailers. I have even searched the official websites and retailers, and yet, nowhere can I find the term “open-world”. What is the old saying about assumption?
As reported by Game Informer, the potential revelation was discovered by passionate Pokemon fan, Joe Merrick. “It is coming increasingly clear that Pokémon Legends Arceus may not be a full open world but rather segmented open areas like Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Monster Hunter etc,” tweeted the Pokemon Master.
How do you feel about this potential news?
I mean, if this is true, I’m ok with it too. Sure, Pokemon Legends: Arceus might not be as open-world as we might have expected, but it still looks like the largest game in the series.
