The release date for Apex Legends Mobile has now been revealed, and the good news is it’s pretty close!
Apex Legends Mobile was revealed way back in 2019, but news quietened down after then. After a few closed beta tests throughout 2021, we finally have news on when the full release of Apex Legends Mobile will be available to the public.
APEX LEGENDS MOBILE RELEASE DATE – WHEN IS IT?
Apex Legends Mobile will launch for iOS and Android devices on May 17th, so it’s only about a week away from being able to run on your phones.
On its original announcement during a 2019 EA investor call, Chief Executive Andrew Wilson said he hoped for a 2021 release window for Apex Legends Mobile. This obviously did not come to pass, possibly due to delays brought on by the COVID-19 Pandemic, but it’s nice to know we’re finally able to play from next week.
Apex Legends Mobile is the portable adaptation of EA’s popular Apex Legends battle royale game, which has been a popular entry in the battle royale genre since its launch in 2019. Since then, it has also come to Nintendo Switch.
