Sony has announced the lineup of games coming to PlayStation Plus for the month of November, and there’s one more than usual this time!
Sony has a treat in store for us this month as it’s giving away one extra game than normal to PlayStation Plus subscribers. Announced last week, Sony is including additional PSVR games in the bundle to celebrate the fifth anniversary of the virtual reality headset.
Overall, it’s not the most exciting month to be a subscriber to PlayStation Plus, but there’s still some cool items on offer! Here are all the free games that you can enjoy in November.
PlayStation Plus Games – November 2021
First up on the list is the PSVR offering for this month. It’s The Walking Dead: Saints and Sinners, an adaptation built specifically for VR from the ground up. The survival-horror based gameplay looks to use a physics-based combat system as you fight to survive in a walker-ridden New Orleans. You’ll need a PSVR headset to play this one, but it looks like quite the ride if you’ve got the hardware for it! There’s also a couple of other VR titles on the list, including The Persistence and Until You Fall.
Our PS4 title this month is Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning. This remaster released just over a year ago now and retells the underrated tale of the 2012 RPG. With updated visuals and tightened up gameplay mechanics, this is the definitive way to play Kingdoms of Amalur. And now it’s included in your PlayStation Plus subscription!
Sony is kicking its trend of including a dedicated PS5 title this month, though the remaining two titles do have PS5 enhancements. Knockout City is one of those titles. From EA, it’s a competitive multiplayer title focused around tight dodgeball gameplay. It’s seen middling success since it launched earlier this summer, but I’ve been banging on the drum of this game all year. With the right group of friends, it’s truly something special. Give it a try for yourself when it comes to PlayStation Plus in November!
Last up is the new multiplayer game ‘First Class Trouble’. It’s up to you and a group of other players to survive against an AI uprising while aboard a luxury space cruise. First Class Trouble released on PC earlier this year, but it’s finally making its way to the PS4 and PS5.
What did we get last month?
October was a relatively tame offering for PlayStation Plus, though fans of historical shooters enjoyed the inclusion of Hell Let Loose. The game arrived on the service the same day that it was released, which was a nice bonus for subscribers. Also included was Mortal Kombat X and PGA Tour 2K21. You’ve still got a few days left to redeem these titles, so act quickly if you haven’t already!
